I have been taking my health for granted and it’s time I jumped back on the wagon. I started back at yoga last month, but I don’t feel like that’s enough. So yesterday, the nicest day we have had all year, I took the plunge and went for my first run of the season. I thought it was going to be painful, but I was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t set any records for speed or distance, but I also didn’t collapse and die. As a safety precaution I took my transit pass with me in case I got too far and didn’t have the energy to get back home. Thankfully I didn’t need to use it.
